Before your first withdrawal
1Red checks your identity before the first payout and again once deposits pass the equivalent of €2,000. Prepare a government photo ID, a selfie holding it and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months, in Latin or Cyrillic script; otherwise a video check may be requested. The answer comes within 24 hours. Until approval you can play and deposit up to the equivalent of €500 in total, but not withdraw, and documents not sent within 30 days block transactions.
Rules that apply from day one
- Your own payment methods only: third-party deposits can be refunded and winnings frozen.
- Private use: no sharing, selling or commercial use.
- No duplicate accounts: they can be closed and their payouts cancelled.
- Dormancy: 180 days without a login, after 30 days' notice, makes the account dormant.
