Step 3: get verified

Before your first withdrawal — and once lifetime deposits pass the equivalent of €2,000 — upload a government photo ID, a selfie holding it and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months. The KYC team answers within 24 hours. Until then your account is "Temporarily Approved": you can play and deposit up to the equivalent of €500 in total, but withdrawals cannot be completed. Step 4: request a withdrawal

In Payments, choose withdrawal and a payout method — card, Bank Transfer, crypto or another option shown — enter at least C$45 and the destination details, and submit. A pending request can be cancelled; cancelling C$115 or more may trigger the Cashout Cancelled Bonus, which turns the money back into bonus funds.
